Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This policy explains how the operator of this website ("we") processes personal data collected through the site, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data we collect
- Order data: name, email address, shipping address, phone number (optional), items ordered, order history and payment status. Collected when you place an order — required to perform the contract.
- Support data: the content of messages you send us.
- Technical data: strictly necessary technical logs (security and fraud prevention).
- Analytics data: audience measurement data is processed only with your prior consent (see section 4). Without consent, no analytics cookies or identifiers are set.
We do not collect payment card data on this site; payments are processed by external payment providers on their own infrastructure.
2. Purposes and legal bases
- Processing and shipping your orders — performance of a contract
- Transactional emails (confirmation, payment instructions, shipping) — performance of a contract
- Responding to support requests — legitimate interest
- Fraud prevention and site security — legitimate interest
- Audience measurement (GA4) — consent
- Compliance with accounting and tax obligations — legal obligation
3. Recipients
Order data is shared only with the service providers strictly required to fulfil your order: payment providers, shipping carriers, email delivery and hosting providers. These providers act on our documented instructions. We never sell personal data.
4. Cookies and analytics
The site uses a consent banner (Consent Mode v2). Analytics (Google Analytics 4) runs only after explicit consent; refusing takes a single click and does not affect your ability to use the site. You can withdraw consent at any time via the "Manage cookies" link in the footer. Strictly necessary cookies (session/cart) are used without consent as they are required for the service you request.
5. Retention
Order and invoicing data are retained for the legally required accounting periods. Support correspondence is kept for as long as necessary to handle the request. Analytics data is retained per the analytics tool's configured retention period.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us via the contact page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in France: the CNIL, cnil.fr).
7. Transfers outside the EU
Where a service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).
8. Changes
We may update this policy; the date above reflects the latest revision.
